Training Workshop on Interpersonal Communication and Influence Marketing

As part of implementing Decision 1257 aimed at fostering students’ entrepreneurial spirit, the school’s incubator, under the supervision of its director, Dr. Nesrine Saadoun, organized a distinguished training workshop entitled: “The Importance of Developing Interpersonal Communication Skills and Their Impact on Influence Marketing,” delivered by Professor Dr. Nassim Bouqataia.

This workshop provided a rich interactive space that allowed students to acquire valuable practical skills, enabling them to:

  • Strengthen their persuasion and influence abilities.
  • Use body language to build trust and ensure effective communication.
  • Understand the mechanisms of influence marketing and apply them to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Engage in hands-on activities that enhanced interaction and participation.

We extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to Professor Dr. Nassim Bouqataia for his valuable presence, positive engagement with students, and the insightful guidance he provided, which greatly enriched this training experience.

Training Session for University Business Incubator Directors of the Central Region

We present, through these photos, highlights from the training session held on January 25–26 for the directors of university business incubators in the Central Region.

The training session was led by experts from the Business Incubator of the University of Genoa, Italy (F.I.L.S.), who shared European expertise in the management and development of university incubators. Through presentations and in-depth discussions, participants explored governance mechanisms, management models, performance indicators, and internationally recognized best practices.

We express our deep appreciation for their cooperation and commitment, and extend special thanks to the team at the University of Médéa for their excellent organization of this event.

Workshop Activities Continue – Visibility Cell

The training workshop series organized by the Visibility Enhancement and Ranking Cell of the National Higher School of Journalism and Information Sciences—M’hamed Yazid—continues.

On the second day, held on May 07, 2026, a training workshop was conducted for the first time on the databases ResearchGate and Google Scholar.

This workshop aims to:

  • Enhance professors’ visibility on Academic Social Networking Sites (ASNS)
  • Build the researcher’s digital identity
  • Highlight the role of social networks in improving researchers’ impact factor (H-index)

Participation of the Visibility and Ranking Committee

The Visibility and Ranking Committee of the National Higher School of Journalism and Information Sciences – Mohamed Yazid – took part today, June 03, 2026, in a training day led by Professor Boudia, a member of the National Visibility Committee, and organized by the National Higher School of Management in Kolea.

This training day is part of ongoing efforts to support higher education institutions in developing effective strategies to enhance their visibility and strengthen their positioning within global academic rankings.

The School’s Peer-Reviewed Journal Achieves ARCIF Impact Factor for 2025

The National Higher School of Journalism and Information Sciences—M’hamed Yazid—is honored to announce that its peer-reviewed scientific journal has obtained the Arab Impact Factor and Citation Index (ARCIF) for the academic year 2025, a ranking that the journal has consistently maintained since 2019.

This recognition is considered an academic acknowledgment of the journal’s standing and leadership, as it was the first peer-reviewed journal in the field of media and communication sciences at the national level to receive this prestigious ranking from the ARCIF platform.

This achievement reflects the journal’s commitment to rigorous academic standards and contributes to strengthening the school’s presence in both the Arab and international research landscape.

Warm congratulations are extended to the journal’s editorial board, headed by Dr. Meriem Boukhari, as well as to all professors and researchers who contributed to this well-deserved scientific success.

Student Participation in Entrepreneurship Workshops on AI and Startup Creation

With great enthusiasm, our students took part in the training workshops organized today as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week.

Dr. Samir Arjoun delivered a session on “Enterprise management through artificial intelligence tools.”
Mr. Yacine Azzzi presented a workshop on “Creating a startup.”

Signing of a Cooperation Agreement with Hajj Lakhdar University of Batna to Strengthen Academic Partnerships

As part of strengthening academic cooperation and developing university partnerships, the National Higher School of Journalism and Information Sciences—M’hamed Yazid—today signed a cooperation and partnership agreement with Hajj Lakhdar University of Batna.

This agreement aims to open new horizons for joint work in the fields of training, scientific research, exchange of expertise, and the organization of joint scientific events, thereby contributing to improving the quality of education and research within both institutions.

This initiative is part of the school’s efforts to expand its institutional network and reinforce its openness to its academic and professional environment.
