1) The applicant for accreditation must be:
• A permanent faculty member of the school,
• A visiting or partner faculty member of the school, provided they are a permanent professor or permanent researcher at another higher education institution,
2) The evaluation request must be accompanied by the following:
• A certificate of pedagogical resource production, endorsed by the Vice-Director in charge of Education, or an excerpt from the Scientific Council minutes confirming approval of the pedagogical resource content,
• Proof of distance/hybrid teaching delivery, issued by the department head in consultation with the specialization coordinator.
3) The pedagogical resource must be designed according to the pedagogical framework for distance learning.
4) Evaluation may only be conducted after the scenario has been approved, which is carried out by the Director of the Information and Communication Technology Center.
5) Registration in the evaluation process only becomes effective after at least one semester of distance/hybrid learning has been completed.

The University Accreditation (Habilitation) leads to the promotion of a lecturer-researcher or permanent researcher to the rank of Senior Lecturer (Class A) or Research Professor (Class A). It also recognizes a high level of scientific competence and merit, enabling its holder to supervise doctoral dissertations, lead pedagogical teams, propose doctoral training programs, and propose or supervise research projects.
Requirements for Obtaining University Accreditation
According to Executive Decree No. 21-50 of 14 Jumada al-Thani 1442, corresponding to January 28, 2021, university accreditation is open to Senior Lecturers (Class B) and Research Professors (Class B) who meet the following conditions:
