Framework Agreement Signed Between the School and ONDA

In the presence of Dr. Meriem Bendouda, Minister of Culture, Professor Khaled Lalaoui, Director of the National Higher School of Journalism and Information Sciences—M’hamed Yazid—signed a framework agreement between the school and the National Copyright and Neighboring Rights Office (ONDA). The signing ceremony was also attended by the Deputy Director in charge of Communication and External Relations, and the Director of the Technology and Innovation Support Center (CATI) at the school.

This agreement aims to support students in their creative journey by providing legal mechanisms to protect their projects and innovative ideas, and to strengthen a culture of intellectual property within the university environment, thereby fostering innovation and encouraging knowledge production and creativity.

This initiative is part of the school’s ongoing efforts to strengthen external relations by expanding its network of partnerships with various national institutions and stakeholders, opening promising opportunities for cooperation, training, and academic supervision for students.

Through this initiative, the school reaffirms its commitment to building an open academic environment that nurtures creativity and maintains strong links with its professional and institutional ecosystem.

Special thanks are extended to the Director of the Technology and Innovation Support Center (CATI) for her outstanding efforts in bringing this agreement to fruition, which will have a positive impact on protecting and enhancing our students’ creative work.
