Journal of Communication and Journalism is a biannual academic publication issued by the National Higher School of Journalism and Information Sciences (Algeria). Since the release of its first issue in 2014, the journal has aimed to stimulate scientific research, enhance academic knowledge across all fields of media and communication studies, and provide high-quality content to its readership.

The journal publishes original research and studies covering various subfields, including but not limited to: media and society, organizational communication, public relations, semiotics, scientific journalism, radio and television broadcasting, new media, media geopolitics, and gender studies within the field of media and communication sciences.

The journal is considered a key reference for postgraduate students, academic staff, and researchers in this domain. It is managed by an editorial board composed of distinguished academics from national and international universities. It accepts original empirical and analytical submissions in Arabic, French, and English.
