On the eve of commemorating the sixty-fourth (64th) anniversary of Independence Day and the Restoration of National Sovereignty, the National Higher School of Journalism and Information Sciences “M’hamed Yazid” proudly reflects on a glorious chapter in Algeria’s history. On this occasion, we pay tribute to the righteous martyrs whose noble sacrifices and pure blood ushered in the dawn of freedom and bequeathed to future generations a sovereign and independent nation.
As we mark this enduring national occasion, we reaffirm our unwavering commitment to the ideals of the Glorious War of National Liberation and emphasize that building a victorious Algeria remains a shared responsibility—through knowledge, hard work, innovation, and the development of a responsible national media that keeps pace with the nation’s aspirations while preserving its identity.
